Welcome to the website for the Socom Clan [Di4] Dead is 4Ever. Feel free to look around and register to see more of the site. This is a place for clan members & our friends to share information, coordinate events and to have some fun. The website has some pretty cool features for everyone to stay in touch and be a diversion to kill time. The Site Map link up in the Main Menu shows the features available on the site. Access to the site's features is limited.
Click on the Signup link (at the left) to register. Di4 Friends Our friends are always welcome to the website. You won't be able to see much of the site until you register. Shortly after you register, your account will be updated to give you access to more areas. Check the Site Map page in the menu above to see the features available. Allied Clans The Affiliates section at the lower left is where we post links with our friends. Only registered site members can submit a link. Want to join Di4? If you'd like a spot on [Di4], you'll need to play with us for awhile beforehand. Get to know us and give us a chance to know you. Please understand that we're all adults, we have no time to babysit nor time for games. We get online to have a good time and not to argue (or whine). If this interests you and you want to be a part of our clan, register on the website. Send Hobbz a msg through the website letting him know you'd like to join. Hobbz will gladly explain how our clan works and the best way to become a member and what's expected of clan members. |

Confrontation Beta Extended | |

Socom.com announced today that they're extending the Beta through Thursday the 9th. They're also releasing a new patch early in the week, so they wanted the extra few days to test things out. The release date for Confrontation is still the 14th

Recruiting is temporarily closed | |

We've recently added several people to our Recruit List. With all of the new recruits and our current members, we're pretty close to having a full roster for Confrontation. In order to be fair to everyone, we are going to temporarily stop recruiting. It just doesn't make much sense to continue adding people if we don't have room on the roster. Once we have room on the roster, we will be open for recruiting once again.

Sony released information about the public Beta for Confrontation this morning. All the details are posted in this Forum thread as announced on the Socom website. Here's the short version.
Discussion in the Forum!  UPDATE - Canadian EB Games stores will provide vouchers for the Beta.

Di4 Anniversary Celebration | |

Rolling back the clock to October 2005.... Socom 3 is released and about a dozen friends who were playing in various clans or flying solo came together to create [Di4]. We're going to begin celebrating our clan's 3rd Anniversary later this month. We already have a few plans in store leading up to the release of Confrontation in October. Regardless if you're one of the ancients or a newbie to the clan, we're going to have some fun with old memories and celebrate the friendships we've formed over the years.
